Source tabs and themes

Add mode=code for source tabs and a preview. Theme accepts light, dark, or auto. Append /v1 to pin the embed to an immutable snapshot. Without a version, each page load uses the latest published version.

Header experiments affect embeds

Headers such as X-Frame-Options and CSP frame-ancestors may intentionally block framing. Remove incompatible headers and publish a new version to allow the runtime to appear inside an embed.
